Delivery of Products purchased from the Nyas Club website to addresses outside Dominica is limited. Some
Products also have restricted delivery within Dominica. Some Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased, delivery method and the destination of the Products. We will ensure that NYA’S CLUB offers a smooth distribution process to counteract many of the shortfalls we have observed in regular delivery services. This incorporates leveraging digital technology
for our use and committing to free delivery(MEMBERS ONLY), curbside service, and 24-hour online service based on yearly and monthly subscriptions. While all our customers will enjoy 24hr access to complete and make orders, our delivery
service to these customers varies. Customers who reside in Roseau and an environment as far south as Scott’s head to the Jimmit area to the north that complete and place an order
before 5 p.m. on a Monday to a Friday will receive same-day delivery. (All orders completed after 5 p.m. will be set for the next day's request). Other members that live outside of the area zone between Scott’s head and Jimmit will enroll in our three days delivery schedule. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of noon and 5 p.m.
Some transactions are
made pursuant to a Delivery contract and as a result risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.Products may be available for pick up at a physical locations or pick up spot communicated with representative.
